1. General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.litkovrecovery.com and the services provided by Litkov Recovery Systems through it. By using the website, making a reservation or purchasing a service, the user accepts these General Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
Offered Various services related to recovery and physical well-being can be booked or purchased through the website, including, but not limited to:

3. Online reservations
Reservations can be made through the online booking system on the site. The minimum time for online reservations is 12 hours before the selected time.
This requirement allows for proper organization of the schedule and quality service.
If you wish to reserve an appointment at a shorter notice, you can contact us by phone to check the availability of free hours.
4. Reservation confirmation
After making a reservation, the client receives an automatic confirmation by email with information about the service, date, time and therapist.
The system can also send an automatic reminder for the upcoming reservation.
The client is responsible for showing up at the agreed time.
5. Cancellation and Change of Reservation
Clients may cancel or change their reservation at any time. It is recommended that this be done at least 24 hours in advance so that the vacated time can be offered to another client.
Cancellation or change of reservation made less than 12 hours before the reserved time is considered a late cancellation.
Litkov Recovery Systems understands that sometimes unforeseen situations arise.
For this reason, the first late cancellation is not charged.
For each subsequent late cancellation or change made less than 12 hours before the reserved time, a fee of 50% of the service cost is charged, which is paid at the next visit.
6. No Show
In the event of a no show without prior notice, Litkov Recovery Systems reserves the right to charge a fee of 50% of the value of the missed service.
7. Late Booking
If a client is late for their booking, the therapy will be carried out within the remaining time of the reserved time in order not to disrupt the schedule of the next clients.
The full value of the service remains due.
8. Service Packages
Some services are offered in the form of packages. When purchasing a package, the first session is reserved, and the remaining visits are stored as credits in the client profile.
Package validity:
- 4 visits - validity 1 month
- 8 visits - validity 2 months
- 12 visits - validity 3 months
After the expiration of the validity, unused visits cannot be used.
9. Payment
Payment for services can be made online through the payment system on the site or on site at the studio.
Prices for services are listed on the site and may be changed if necessary.
10. Health condition
The client is responsible for informing the therapist of any existing health problems, injuries, surgeries or other medical conditions that may affect the therapy.
The services provided do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.
11. Limitation of liability
The services provided by Litkov Recovery Systems are intended to support recovery, mobility and general physical condition. They are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
12. Changes to the general terms and conditions
Litkov Recovery Systems reserves the right to update these General Terms and Conditions as necessary.
The current version is always published on the site.
