Informed consent

I hereby declare that I am informed and understand the nature of the deep tissue therapy applied at Litkov Recovery Systems. The therapy is a targeted manual work aimed at restoring (Recovery) muscle function, fascia, blood supply and the nervous system.

I understand that the therapy may involve strong, deep and prolonged pressure and that normal reactions such as: intense soreness, local discomfort, increased sweating, temporary fatigue, short-term dizziness or temporary numbness are possible during or after the session, related to the reaction of the nervous system and the release of chronic spasms.

I understand that Litkov Recovery Systems does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and that the therapy is not a substitute for consultation with a physician or medical professional. I declare that I have provided true and complete information regarding my health, injuries, surgeries, illnesses, and medication.

I agree to provide active feedback during the therapy and understand that I have the right to request adaptation or termination of the session at any time. I accept personal responsibility for my participation in the therapeutic process.
